Fees for project management services are based upon the final build cost of the project excluding other professional fees, land purchase cost & finance.

To ensure value for money for the client a budget can be agreed between the parties at the post planning stage of the project at which incentives may be discussed to achieve the desired outcome.

Variations to this budget arising form planning requirements, amendments or revised client requirement shall also become part of the final build cost.

Fees will naturally vary depending upon the project complexity, site location, conditions of the site, party wall agreements/relationships and such factors. We therefore usaully propose an initial consultation free of charge before confirming our offer.

       As an approximate guide;

Depending upon the employers requirements and selection of the control measures required this will usaully be between 5-8% of the final build cost.

Fees are payable on a monthly basis based upon the progress of the project with stage payments generaly  as follows;

	Pre-planning				20%
	Post Planning Approval				5%
	Pre-tender				10%
	Post-tender				10%
	Construction phase				50%
	Project completion				5%
